FEEDBACK:
I want to start this off by saying wow, Alfie does AWESOME work and the turn around time is bar none the best. I've been polishing for years, but carbs are not my forte by any means. I saw Alfies Toybox and thought I'd give him a chance to do mine to report back to the HQ to rate his work. I let him know I had a show coming up very soon and needed the carbs back in no more than a week. I shipped them off ground on a monday and he got them friday morning, and he polished them the same day and shipped them out the same day!
Here is what I came up with:
Customer Service: 10/10 - Fast replies of PMs and can be reached by phone. Shipping is awesome!
Polishing Work: 8/10 - Polishing came out great, tight areas are not perfect, and cleaning of compound could be done better (Nothing a quick spray down and wipe can't fix). Some areas are not perfectly smooth.
Handling and Care: 7/10 - Only reason it is not a 10 is because the Fuel Line Holders were missing on return (I really could care less about them, but none the less I didnt get the parts back that I sent). I'm sure it was in a mix up somewhere and Alfie would have notified me if he would have known his guy removed them. "These were found taped to the inside of the box after contacting Alfie"
Overall: I am pleased with his work, I think he will be a good addition to our family here at the HQ. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. Give him a shout, Alf44. Alfies Toybox.
